By using MatchBurn (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
MatchBurn is a free-to-use sports prediction game for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Users can create prediction groups, invite friends, and compete by predicting match scores. A premium “Tournament Pass” is available for enhanced features.
3. Not Gambling
MatchBurn is a skill-based prediction game for entertainment only. No real money is wagered or won through predictions. The Tournament Pass is a digital product purchase, not a bet. MatchBurn is not a gambling platform.
4. User Accounts
MatchBurn uses a lightweight identity system based on display names and optional email addresses. You are responsible for maintaining access to your group via your browser or saved links. We are not liable for lost access due to cleared browser data.
5. Payments
Tournament Pass payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. All prices are displayed in USD. Currency conversion rates are determined by your payment provider.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use offensive or inappropriate display names, (b) attempt to manipulate scores or exploit the platform, (c) use automated tools to interact with the Service, or (d) interfere with other users' experience.
7. Disclaimer
MatchBurn is provided “as is” without warranties. We strive for accurate match data but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy. MatchBurn is not affiliated with FIFA or any football governing body.
8. Limitation of Liability
MatchBurn's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service (maximum $4.99 USD).
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
