Digital Product

The MatchBurn Tournament Pass is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment. Once activated, your group immediately receives premium features including expanded member capacity and enhanced leaderboard features.

Refund Policy

Due to the instant-delivery nature of the Tournament Pass, we generally do not offer refunds after the product has been activated.

However, we will consider refund requests in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment โ€” if you were accidentally charged twice for the same group
  • Technical failure โ€” if your payment was charged but the premium features were not activated
  • Within 24 hours โ€” if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase and your group has not yet used any premium features

How to Request a Refund

Contact us with your Razorpay payment ID (found in your email receipt) and your group code. We will review and respond within 48 hours.

Failed Payments

If your payment was deducted but the transaction failed on our end (signature verification error), the amount will be automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days. No action needed from your side.
