Who pays — every member or just the creator?
Just one person pays for the entire group. Usually the creator, but any member can upgrade the group.
Can I get a refund?
This is a digital product delivered instantly. We do not offer refunds once the Tournament Pass is activated. See our refund policy for details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, UPI, Apple Pay, and Google Pay via our secure payment partner Razorpay.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment. You will never be charged again.
Can I use Premium across multiple groups?
Each Tournament Pass applies to one group. If you want Premium for multiple groups, each needs its own pass.
